SELLING YOUR HOME

At times, life brings unexpected changes, compelling you to sell your home. Regardless of your reasons, swift action is key. Preparing a home for sale is vital. Here's your starting point:

PRICE

Determining your home's value is one of the most important steps in selling your home. Pricing it too high can lead to it sitting on the market for too long, while pricing it too low can mean leaving money on the table.

REPAIRS

When preparing a home For sale, it’s important to prepare it properly to make the best impression on potential buyers. This involves making necessary repairs. Although North Carolina is a “buyer beware” state, it's important to present your home in the best possible light. Most buyers will want a move-in ready property that feels like new. A long list of chores and repairs right when they move in will not be appealing and can be daunting to a potential buyer.

CLEANING & STAGING

Set the stage for a home that wows! A clean space is key to drawing in potential buyers. When you declutter and clean up, you're not just tidying up; you're unveiling the full potential of your space allowing a buyer to envision themselves in your home. Fun fact: Buyers make up their minds in the first 8 seconds. So, step out of your car, step into their shoes, and capture their interest in those crucial first 8 seconds.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

The photos & videos of your home directly influence whether or not a potential buyer will schedule a showing of your home or not. It is crucial that we capture high quality, professional photo & video of your home showcasing the best qualities and features. I work with the top local real estate photographers to capture your home in the very best light. This service is complimentary.

MARKETING

As a real estate agent, I have access to a wide network of agents and clients.  By tapping into these resources, I can ensure that your home is seen by an additional audience and maximize your chances of a successful sale. I am committed to providing exceptional service and delivering results that exceed your expectations.

OPEN HOUSE

A lot of buyers like to look at a home without any pressure. This is what we call the “two step” buyer. Most the time they start the process by going to the open house first then follow up with a tour by their real estate agent. The idea of an open house is to quickly get as many eyes as possible on a property that’s for sale. The listing agent hosts the event and shows the home to anyone who drops by, no appointment needed.
