I am committed to redefining the way people move in the Charlotte real estate market. My approach is centered around personalized service, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the local market. Finding your home should be an exciting and stress-free experience, and I work tirelessly to make that a reality for each and every client.
About Me
Hey there! I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes in the beautiful city of Charlotte since 2017. When I’m not busy matching folks with their perfect properties, you can usually find me enjoying a nice meal at one of my favorite local restaurants, perfecting my photography/videography craft or exploring the city’s hidden gems.
In 2022, I was ranked #3 and most recently ranked #1 out of the top 15 realtors in the Charlotte area on Social Media by Property Spark. I take pride in educating others on the home buying & selling process & about real estate in general. Social media has given me a platform to make this information accessible to everyone. I have also had the opportunity to be a real estate correspondent for Carolyn Bruck on WCNC. About once a month I do an interview updating Charlotte residents on the current market.
I credit my negotiation skills being honed by understanding my clients' needs, knowing their parameters, and finding the right balance between compromise and must-haves.
While primarily focusing on providing exceptional real estate services to clients, the most important aspect of my business is client satisfaction and being able to be apart of such a monumental experience. There’s so much joy in sitting at the closing table and capturing those moments. My clients are able to relive those moments through a video I created especially for them. For me, that’s the most gratifying part of being a Realtor. I’ve merged a hobby and a career into something that I truly enjoy.
I strive to create a laid-back and honest atmosphere while being assertive when needed to ensure clients' needs are met. Always being readily available to clients, providing information during all times of the transaction are two important aspects that I keep at the forefront when buying or selling a home.
