First and foremost, Â you will know exactly how much you can afford. It's imperative to look only at homes you are qualified to purchase.

Do you require clients to sign a buyer agency agreement? Yes, we require clients to sign a contract outlining our services and fees before I begin working on their half & showing homes. This helps to ensure that both parties understand the terms of our agreement.
What’s the first step I should take? Unless you plan on paying with cash, your first step will be to get pre-approved for a loan. Once you get pre-approved, you will know with more accuracy the price of the home you can afford.
