I always like to have a brief consultation with potential clients to help me identify your priorities and understand what’s most important for your home purchase.

 

Our phone call will consist of:

  • Meeting each other 

  • Learning your homeownership goals

  • Buying timeline 

  • Giving you an overview of the home buying process step by step

  • Financing: Obtaining Pre-approval/pre-qualification/POF prior to viewing homes

  • Reviewing resources you may need

  • Answering any questions you may have

  • Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement 

 

After we’ve completed your consultation & financing is in place, we can begin viewing homes in accordance to your timeline. Following these steps will allow us to easily navigate through any bumps that may arise during the home buying process, while ensuring you have a great purchasing experience. 

 

I do my best to make the journey as seamless & comfortable as possible for my clients. I aim to educate you all throughout the entire process and I will guide you step by step.  I look forward to speaking with you soon!

Per National Association of REALTORS: Buyers are REQUIRED to sign a written Buyer Agency Agreement BEFORE touring a home.

I do NOT show homes to buyers who are not pre-approved,  have not submitted a pre-approval/POF letter and are not actively ready to place an offer on a home within the next 30-45 days.

 

At this time I only offer Exclusive Buyer Agency. I DO NOT offer "short term" agency agreements.

This means  that you, the Buyer, do not have a buyer representation agreement with any other real estate firm or REALTOR.

NOTE: Buyer understands and acknowledges that there is the potential for a conflict of interest generated by a percentage of price based fee for representing Buyer. The amount, format or rate of real estate commission is not fixed by law, but is set by each broker individually, and may be negotiable between Buyer and Firm.

Noire Group does NOT offer $/% of seller offered buyer agent commission toward buyer closing costs or "agent rebates".
